Daily Current Affairs Capsule 28th September 2017 1. मंत्रिमंडल ने पुलिस बलों के आधुनिकीकरण के लिए अम्‍ब्रेला योजना को मंजूरी दी प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्‍द्र मेादी की अध्‍यक्षता में केन्‍द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने ‘पुलिस बलों के आधुनिकीकरण की वृहद अम्‍ब्रेला योजना’ को वर्ष 2017-18 से वर्ष 2019-20 के लिए अपनी मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है। तीन वर्ष की अवधि में इसके लिए 25060 करोड़ रुपये व्‍यय करने का प्रावधान है, जिसमें से 18636 करोड़ रुपये केन्‍द्रीय सरकार तथा 6424 करोड़ रुपये राज्‍यों का अंश है। इस योजना के तहत आतंरिक सुरक्षा, कानून-व्‍यवस्‍था, महिला सुरक्षा, आधुनिक हथियारों की उपलब्‍धता, पुलिस बलों की गतिशीलता, लॉजिस्टिक सपोर्ट, किराए पर हेलिकॉप्‍टर, पुलिस वायरलेस का उन्‍नयन, राष्‍ट्रीय सेटेलाइट नेटवर्क, सीसीटीएनएस परियोजना आदि  शामिल हैं। इस अम्‍ब्रेला योजना में जम्‍मू एवं कश्‍मीर, पूर्वोत्‍तर राज्‍यों एवं वामपंथी उग्रवाद से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के लिए आतंरिक सुरक्षा संबंधी व्‍यय के लिए 10132 करोड़ रुपये के केन्‍द्रीय अंश का प्रावधान भी सम्मिलित है। वामपंथी उग्रवाद से सर्वाधिक प्र
